Practice Log & Curriculum Checklist
The Masich Internal Arts Method curriculum includes The 5 Section Taijiquan Program, The Yang-style Taijiquan Program,
The Xingyiquan-Baguazhang Program, and other internal arts training. Mastering this material demands dedicated study and practice—but there is something else. With so much material it is important to keep track of what you have learned!
Below are tools for helping you assess where you are in having learned the curriculum and for keeping track of how much, and at what level, you are practicing.
1. The Practice Log has been especially designed to help you keep track of your training routines and practice habits. Your record of practice provides the basis for evaluating your progress with the material. In order to use the Practice Log you must be a 'Registered Student.'
