Sizheng Tuishou 四正推手

   In this three-day workshop we will study the traditional taijiquan push-hands practice known as 'four-hands' (sizheng tuishou 四正推手). Four-hands is a push-hands drill comprised of the four 'square' energies (peng, lü, ji, and an) and is arguably the most important technical drill in the art. Proficiency in sizheng tuishou is a pivotal factor in whether one will be able to master the art according to classical taijiquan theory.​

   On Friday evening we will have a special introduction to taiji sensing-hands and push-hands. This will also be a good preparation session for the 3-day event.

Times: Friday-Viernes 7-9:30pm

            Saturday, Sunday, Monday /Sábado, Domingo, Lunes 10am-5:30pm (1-3pm break/pausa)

Cost: Friday-Viernes only $150USD $550PESOS. Full weekend $150USD or $2750PESOS
